Exploring our Roots - An Exhibition and Sale of Original Artwork

As a Newfoundlander, our roots are very important to us and we pass stories of our history to future generations. As visual artists, we have decided to explore our Newfoundland roots as works of art. Our interpretation of "Roots" is very broad and encompasses more than one would think!

Join the visual artists of Arts Northeast on October 5, 2014 to share stories of our roots and our visions. The Exhibition & Sale is open for one day from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Stavanger Drive in St. John’s.

Admission is free and all sales are Tax Free.

The collection for this exhibition consists of a wide variety of subjects, mediums, and sizes of original art. This provides a perfect opportunity to invest in a small piece of art as the beginning to a collection or to add to an existing collection. of original art.

Our exclusive set of Christmas Art Cards will also be available for sale at this show.

Arts Northeast is a collaborative group of award-winning visual artists living on the Northeast coast of the Avalon Peninsula, and was created to provide inspiration, opportunities for learning, and support to its members. Dora Cooper, Joan Roberts, Michelle Whitten LaCour, Pat Hayden Ryan, and founder Brenda Rowe are the exhibiting members of Arts Northeast.

The artists look forward to interacting with new buyers and connecting with existing collectors. The work has appeal to a wide range of art enthusiasts and is priced to suit all budgets. Having a variety of fine art in one location enables the public to explore different styles and mediums and makes investing in artwork easy.
